Original reclaimed Victorian glazed clay cottage door knobs with cast iron stems and backplate.
Suitable for rim lock fitting with spindle adjustable for combined door and lock thickness (maximum 2.1/4").
These were made of different coloured clays spun to give a mottled brown colour which varies from light to dark.
Knob and backplate diameter 1.3/4".protrusion 2".
