Original Edwardian polished brass surface mounted shop door lock with ebony handle.
Lockable rim latch suitable for any narrow stiled door but typically used on shop doors.
The lock is of all brass construction and supplied with a new cast brass matching keep.
Handle has a brass stem with ebony grip and is for the lock side only,the spindle protruding through the lock by 1.3/4",this will accept any mortice type knob on the outside (maximum door thickness 1.1/2").For right hand fixing.
Lock body measures 2" x 4" x 1" excluding fixing lugs top & bottom.Keep 7/8" x 3.1/4".
