Original reclaimed pair of 1920's hollow yellow brass oval door knobs with locking mechanism.The lock is attached as a slide to one of the backplates and stops the spindle from turning,the slide being stamped "Open" and "Shut" (see below).Complete with adjustable standard size spindle.
These were originally bronze plated,of this,only a trace remains after years of polishing.
Knobs measure 1.3/8" x 2.3/8".Backplate diameter 2.3/16".
