Original reclaimed and refurbished Victorian oak cased church door type lockable rim latch with Arts & Crafts ring turn handle (over the years this has made a groove in the case),has decorative fixing straps to lock body and keep.Case and keep are stop chamfered to all sides.For right hand fitting with four fixing holes to each strap.
The handle accepts a standard size lock spindle and will need a knob or turn with an attached backplate for the interior.
Lock body measures 8" x 6.1/2" x 2".Keep 2" wide.
Straps 1.1/8" x 10".Handle diameter 3.1/4".
Free key length (for door thickness) 2.1/4" (the key is well pitted with age).Key hole 3" from door edge.Spindle 5.1/4".
